Ministries and Programs

One of the goals of our church family is to provide opportunities for YOU to "plug in" and engage your spiritual gifts as a vital part of the local church body. Here are a few ways for you to connect and plug in:

Worship Ministry
Worship should be a daily personal lifestyle activity, however, it is also part of the larger corporate experience as well.

Life Groups
LIFE groups are interactive discussion and fellowship opportunities for believers or seekers. The thrust of what we do is simple: Jesus said that the enemy came to destroy us, but He came so we could have LIFE… and have it abundantly (John 10:10).

Revelation
REVELATION is our "Students Only" worship service for students (grades 6-12). Every Wednesday Night we open the Student Center from 6:00 - 6:30 PM with free games and snacks. From 6:30pm to 8:00pm we meet in Shepherd Hall for worship lead by our Student Worship Band, a relevant Bible message, and a group game. Check us out on Wednesdays!

Student Ministry
Student Ministry is lead by Pastor Jonathan.

Men's Group
R.O.C.K. is an exciting new men's ministry at Calvary.

AWANA
Awana is an international, Bible-centered children's and youth ministry providing local churches with weekly clubs, programs and training for students in preschool through high school. Our goal is to equip churches to reach children and teenagers, and their families, with the gospel of Christ and train them to serve Him. (Learn about the prayer, vision, mission and values of Awana.) The acronym Awana comes from the first letters of Approved Workmen Are Not Ashamed as taken from 2 Timothy 2:15.

Kindom Quest
Kingdom Quest is our Children's Ministry at Calvary Baptist Church. Our purpose is to come along side families in leading children into a growing relationship with Jesus Christ, providing a safe, fun, and loving environment for them to grow in knowledge and understanding of their role in fulfilling the great commission.
