In addition to his pastoral responsibilities, Chris also volunteers as the "cubmaster" of the Cubscout Pack 410 out of Pine Meadow Elementary. Chris enjoys camping, fishing, pretending to play golf, and woodworking.
Jonathan Hill serves as the Associate Pastor to Students at Calvary since 2008. Jonathan, his wife Avia, and daughter Rebekah came to Calvary from Lafitte Baptist Church in Saraland, Alabama where Jonathan served as the Students and College Pastor for ten years. B.A. Christian Studies, University of Mobile; currently pursuing M.Div. New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Glenn Thrower serves as the Assistant to the Pastor and oversees all aspects of discipleship. Glenn holds a BA from the University of West Florida and manages a local Pensacola business. Glenn is pursuing his Master of Divinity degree from New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary. as our Interim Minister of Worship. Chris and his wife Tammy are
a wonderful blessing to our congregation. Chris is a ten year US
Navy veteran, a gifted guitarist, and an experienced worship leader.
He and Tammy have three adult children and four grandchildren. Chris

Bobby and his wife Tracy have 4 children. Bobby is currently pursuing his BA in Religion (with a minor in Children’s Ministry) from Liberty University. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Liz Nims serves as the Director of Preschool Ministry and has been a member of Calvary since 2006. She and her husband Patrick have served in many different ministries at Calvary, including the children’s ministry, women’s ministry, and technical services (A/V and Sound).
Liz is a native of Pensacola and works as a marketing coordinator for Elite Services of Pensacola. She holds an Associate of Arts degree in Business Management from Pensacola Junior College. Liz’s burning desire is to do everything for the honor and glory of God and to see those without a relationship with God to come to know Him as Lord and Savior.
